The Isopure Plasma cfDNA kit uses Aline Biosciences proprietary unique bead technology for efficient and easy large volume cfDNA isolation from plasma and other biological fluid such as saliva or urine samples. The technology has a long development history. It was first available in 2011 PCR reactions and then used for plasma cfRNA isolation by customers in 2016. It is now fully adapted for robust, streamlined cfDNA isolation from both plasma and urine samples. The easy protocol and high volume processing capability allows for high throughput and automation-friendly extraction of plasma cfDNA. High yield!

Key Features:

Manual handling is only required at the beginning of the proteinase K digestion. The rest can be fully automated for both 96-well deep well or 24-well plate format.
Yield ranges from 20ng to 100ng per mL of Plasma samples. High Yield!
Simple four step procedure: (1) 37-50°C digestion for 30 minutes, (2) nucleic acids binding, (3) simple washing step and (4) elution.
1mL plasma can be easily processed. Sample size can be easily scaled up to 50mL,
No ethanol or chaotropic chemicals used.
