The IsoPure Blood gDNA Isolation Kit leverages proprietary magnetic bead technology for the streamlined isolation of genomic DNA (gDNA) from mammalian blood samples, and is optimized for both manual and high-throughput workflows.
Unlike traditional column-based methods, our innovative bead-based technology does not shear genomic DNA. This results in superior DNA integrity, making it ideal for demanding downstream applications such as long-range PCR, NGS library construction, restriction digestion, and genotyping.
Engineered as a seamless, direct replacement for Beckman Coulter GenFind® V2 and V3, this kit is fully compatible with existing GenFind® automation scripts. While GenFind® V3 requires increased lysis buffer and Proteinase K volumes compared to V2, our formulation incorporates additional optimizing factors that enhance performance and stability, providing a distinct advantage in whole blood isolation.
