Description

Product Details

PureSEQ MP utilizes proprietary paramagnetic bead technology for the highly effective removal of dye terminators, primer-dimers, salts, and nucleotides. As the most advanced solution in our dye terminator removal line, it serves as a superior replacement for Beckman Coulter’s CleanSEQ®.

PureSEQ MP provides enhanced purification efficiency for traditional Sanger Sequencing workflows. This drop-in replacement requires no protocol changes while delivering additional benefits, such as longer read lengths and high signal inensity. This simple, scalable procedure ensures high-quality results for both manual and automated high-throughput processing.

Key Features

  • Longer reads with High QV Scores close to 1,000 bp
  • Suitable for a wider range of DNA template concentrations including low concentration DNA templates
  • Even lower repeat rate with a pass rate of over 90%
  • 384 and 96-well formatting usable; especially geared towards 384 well format
  • Designed to directly replace CleanSEQ with an additional feature of eliminating “GC” n+1 peaks
